Agnes Ju Chang, M.D., F.A.A.D.

Medical Director

Agnes Ju Chang, M.D., F.A.A.D.Dr. Agnes Ju Chang is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatological surgeon.  Dr. Chang is also the Medical Director for both Integrated Dermatology of K St and Integrated Dermatology of 19th St.

Dr. Chang believes in establishing a strong relationship with her patients based on trust and open communication. She emphasizes patient education and believes that treatment plans should be individualized to each patient.

She completed her bachelor of science at Duke University and attended medical school at The University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine. She completed her internship at Northwestern University. Her graduate medical training in dermatology was completed at The University of Illinois at Chicago where she served as Chief Resident. After training, she served in private practice in Chicago for several years before relocating to Washington DC. 

Dr. Chang is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatological Surgery and the Washington Dermatologic Society. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. She also has received the Adolph Rosternburg Award for excellence in Dermatology Research and has experience with multiple presentations and research article in the field of Dermatology.

Her special interests include detection and treatment of skin cancers, acne, treatment of ethnic skin, and aesthetic procedures including Fraxel Dual, Isolaz, ViPeel, Botox®, and JuvedermXC®.

David A. Lee, M.D., F.A.A.D.

Dr. David Lee is a is a fully board-certified dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon. 

After completing his undergraduate study at Cornell University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a dual degree in Chemistry and Economics, he began medical school in New York City at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.  Dr. Lee graduated within the top ten of his class and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society.  During his time at Columbia, he also completed a one-year clinical research fellowship in melanoma genetics in the Columbia University Department of Dermatology.

Dr. Lee began his post-graduate medical training with a multi-disciplined transitional internship at Georgetown University’s INOVA Fairfax Hospital.  He then returned to Maryland and completed his dermatology residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was selected to be the chief resident in dermatology. 

Dr. Lee completed a Procedural Dermatology Fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery at The State University of New York Downstate School of Medicine where he trained directly with the current President-Elect of the American Academy of Dermatology, Dr. Daniel Siegel.

Clinzo P. Mickle, M.D., F.A.A.D.Clinzo P. Mickle, M.D., F.A.A.D.

Dr. Mickle is a board-certified dermatologist with fellowship training in Cosmetic, Laser and Dermatologic surgery.  His clinical interests include the diagnosis and treatments all aspects of medical dermatology as well as the education of dermatology residents and medical students.

Dr. Mickle was an honor graduate from South Carolina State University and received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina where he was the recipient of numerous academic scholarships. He completed his intern year at Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia and went onto complete a specialized research fellowship in dermatology at Duke University Medical Center and a one-year Melanoma Clinical Fellowship at the Washington Hospital Center prior to his dermatology training at Howard University Hospital where he was elected as Chief Resident. After residency, Dr. Mickle completed a prestigious fellowship in laser, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology in Boston, Massachusetts where he was trained by dermatologic surgeons from Harvard, Yale, and Boston University, all internationally recognized for their contributions to the field of dermatology.

He has presented nationally and has served as an author of articles and a text book chapter in Comprehensive Dermatologic Drug Therapy. He was invited to be a Guest Editor of the "Frontiers in Dermatologic Surgery" issue of Seminars of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery. Dr.Mickle is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS), and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS).

Urvi Gonzales, M.D., F.A.A.D.

Dr. Urvi Gonzales is a board-certified dermatologist who practices medical as well as cosmetic dermatology.

She graduated from MIT with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology.   After a year of research at Harvard Medical School, she attended a combined Dartmouth-Brown Medical program, training at both schools and earning her Medical Degree from Brown Medical School.   She then spent a research year at the Department of Dermatology at Northwestern University prior to starting her internship at the University of Illinois in Chicago.  She later completed her residency in dermatology at the University of Rochester in New York.

Dr. Gonzales has authored or co-authored multiple publications in scientific journals.  She has presented her research at various national conferences, including the annual conference of the American Academy of Pediatric Dermatology, the American Academy of Dermatopathology, and the American Academy of Dermatology .  She is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology.

Laine H. Koch, M.D., F.A.A.D.
Dr. Laine H. Koch is a board-certified dermatologist who practices medical dermatology with special interests in dermatopathology and dermatology education. 

Dr. Koch obtained her bachelor of science from the College of William and Mary and earned her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. She completed her internship in pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of the Kings Daughters and completed her residency in dermatology at  Eastern Virginia Medical School under the teaching of the executive director of the American Board of Dermatology and the president of the American Academy of Dermatology. She served as chief resident in her final year of residency. She has authored and co-authored several publications in scientific journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Archives of Dermatology and Human Pathology and has presented at various national conferences including the annual conference of the Society for Pediatric Dermatology, the American Academy of Dermatopathology and the American Academy of Dermatology.  

After training, Dr. Koch practiced general medical dermatology in an academic setting at Tufts   Medical School in Boston followed by private practice at the Visalia Medical Clinic in central    California before joining Integrated Dermatology of 19th Street.

Dr. Koch has is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology whose clinical practice focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer as well as chronic skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema and severe acne.

Allison T. Hydzik, PA-C
 Ms. Allison Hydzik is a board certified Physician Assistant who completed her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Movement Science from The Pennsylvania State University. She is a graduate of Arcadia University’s Physician Assistant program where she earned a Master of Medical Science degree.

She is board certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants and is currently a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Ms. Hydzik has dermatology experience and plastic surgery exposure through her Master of Medical Science program.  She is passionate about the field of dermatology and continues to be a valuable asset to the clinical team as a dermatology practitioner at Integrated Dermatology of K Street. Ms. Hydzik’s interest includes providing general medical dermatology to her patients.  Her vision is to positively impact the overall skin wellness of the community of greater Washington DC metro area.
